LIONS INTERNATIONAL PEACE POSTER

THE 2023-2024 CONTEST
Dare to Dream

Deadline Friday, November 10, 2023

To a young person, a dream isn’t just a wish, hope or desire — it’s a path, a goal, an ambition. But achieving that dream takes hard work. So this year, we’re asking young people to show how they’ll turn their dream of a peaceful world into reality.

The Key Biscayne Lions Club sponsored schools to participate in the Lions International Peace Poster Contest. Lions Clubs around the world have been sponsoring a very special art contest in schools and among youth groups. By creating Peace Posters, children everywhere have an opportunity to express their visions of a different peaceful planet, thereby inspiring the world through art, their creativity and idealism.

2023 Winners

The 2022-2023 contest was LEAD WITH COMPASSION. Lions have provided an important reminder that is it through service that we bring people closer together. It’s through giving that we reap joy and celebrate kindness, hope and PEACE. This year, young people will have the opportunity to express their visions of a peaceful world through the lens of service and brotherhood.

Congratulations to St. Agnes Academy (Maria Abuin | Art Teacher), Key Biscayne K-8 Center (Ana Villarruel | Art Teacher), Zuniga Art Class (Ingrid Zuniga | Art Teacher), Ransom Everglades School (Elsa Muñoz | Visual Arts Coordinator), The Gordon School (Cristina Escobar | Art Teacher), thank you for participating in the Lions Peace Art Contest.
